Officials are still unclear on whether or not the fire was set intentionally. An investigation is under way.

For those old people, you may remember when Manson and his gang of LSD loonies went on a southern California killing spree. Among the famous deaths was the nightmare attack on actress Sharon Tate and seven others. Manson was later arrested at the cabin which has since became a tourist hot spot.

According to Manson, the raunch was reportedly built to serve as a hideout during Manson’s self-proclaimed Helter Skelter.

Officials have stated that they are already getting offers from groups who want to rebuild the raunch.
