Heidi claims she was tortured by NBC to a point where she was “convulsively throwing up” and was rushed to the hospital. She was apparently diagnosed with a gastric ulcer after being punished by the studio for leaving the show.

Heidi who wanted “To get me Out of Here” forgot the fact that she’s not a celebrity. Nor is her hubby.

Spencer and Heidi claim they were locked in a dark room for a day and night as punishment from the studio for leaving the show. They were only left with “water, rice, and beans.” What a shame.

One cast member went as far as to describe their treatment as, “It’s the same as Guantanamo Bay.”

TMZ.com stated some of the cast members want to quit, but their passports have been taken away and they are under guard.

According to reports Spencer has fired his lawyer (who wanted him to stay on the show) and is now planning to sue NBC over the show. Too bad they signed that contract with NBC.

ITV Studios (in association with NBC) says Spencer’s claims are “untrue,” adding, “The health of the celebrity participants are of the utmost importance. ITV adds a medic and doctor are there all the time and allegations of the celebrities being deprived of food and water are completely untrue.”

Anybody smell a publicity stunt?
