According to a recent lawsuit, it costs Jay-Z roughly $250,000 to spend 55 hours on a private jet. A number that the famous rapper, has apparently yet to pay.

Jay-Z (aka Shawn Carter) is being sued by Air Platinum Holding, a private jet company, which claims that Carter spent 55 hours on their planes back in 2009, but only paid for 37 hours of service. The lawsuit also claims that Jigga flaked out on some other crucial payments:

But Jay-Z pulled off the unthinkable Wednesday when he shared a stage with get this…Kelly Clarkson.

“I had a ball!” Jay-Z told RapRadar blog.

But he said that during the show, that he missed out on an opportunity to say something important.

The concert also featured Third Eye Blind and The Veronicas.

“On the show as well were Third Eye Blind and Kelly Clarkson — I thought that to be the oddest pairing ever but, soon realized, it’s what I’ve always professed,” he later wrote. “There is no such thing as black music or white music, only good or bad music.”

All in all the concert’s budget ran around $1 million dollars to entertain an audience that was probably equally as confused as entertained.

“It’s stupid cool to like things that are not like you, and that goes for outside of music,” Jay-Z continued. ”If you’re an African American, you can have a Jewish friend.”

Right on Jigga, right on.
