Sadly, these idiots are still not going away. Jon Gosselin’s lawyer, former assistant U.S. Attorney Anthony F. List (wow, he’s going global), tells TMZ.com “under the right circumstances” Jon would do a show with Kate, but “the contract would have to be tighter.” 

The lawyer did not elaborate, but we’re guessing it has something to do with the way TLC cleaned Jon’s clock in court.

List did not ‘list’ off the types of shows Jon would be willing to do, but he did tell TMZ that they would “love to settle” the latest legal dispute he ignited.

In case your not up-to-date with the latest Jon/Kate drama, Sir Gosselin recently filed legal papers asking for primary custody and child support. Jon made it clear that he will continue to press on with the case, unless Kate gives up her “global commitments,” which basically entitles what Jon calls being both a star and an attentive parent.

Or in layman terms, the same exact thing Jon Gosselin is doing. List claims Kate is “addicted to the paparazzi” and will pursue more Hollywood opportunities after Dancing with the Stars. We say, who the hell cares? As long as we can keep both of these people off the television as much as possible – we’ll be really happy.

One lucky camper received a once in a lifetime opportunity the other day at LAX airport. The prize? Win a Date with Jon Gosselin.

Well….not really.

While TMZ.com and other celebrity news web sites may have a plethora of photos involving Gosselin draped over a collection of girls, this photo however, is pure innocence (that is, unless of course Jon Gosselin also likes little boys).

TMZ.com obtained a photo of a badly sunburn and cigarette touting Gosselin making nice with a kid, which I’m told is the first time in awhile he’s done anything nice for his children.

(Pressing finger to ear and saying in response) Oh, wait, that’s not Gosselin’s half-asian kid? Never mind then.

In the photo, Gosselin appears to hand over what one can only assume is a Burger King crown (you know those flakey cardboard ones?).  I’m told the little boy received a fresh handcock from Gosselin, much to the disappointment of his mother.

You might want to hold on to that autograph tiger, it’ll be worth a fifthy cents in two months.
