The “socialite” was back in the news last Friday after the 29-year-old was busted for cocaine possession. Hilton, who was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over shortly after midnight, was cuffed for a small amount that was discovered in her purse.

However, “the purse”, sources close to Paris claim was not hers. Hilton’s lawyer, David Chesnoff added, “Paris Hilton was released this morning on her own recognizance. This matter will be dealt with in the courts not in the media, and I encourage people not to rush to judgment until all of the facts have been dealt with in a court of law. There will be no interviews and no more comments at this time.”

Rush to judgment? No, we would never assume that an upstanding citizen such as Paris Hilton would ever pack cocaine in her purse. We actually think the small handbag belonged to her boyfriend, that one nightclub dude.

Regardless of who owned the bag, the charge stands as the third drug-related incident for Hilton this summer. The blonde was also detained for marijuana possession in Port Elizabeth, South Africa during the World Cup in July and allegedly caught smoking marijuana in South Africa that same month. If Paris is convicted of the cocaine possession felony, she would likely receive probation and avoid jail unlike her 2007 “stint” for an alcohol related charge.

Lately we have seen a lot of that. And the news will only get worse if you see a lanky,  blonde head ditz moving into your neighborhood this weekend.

For the second time this week, Paris Hilton was involved in a public disturbance that involved the police.

According to reports, the LAPD was contacted by neighbors around 1 a.m. this morning after the neighbors complained about a lack of sleep due to an escalating argument.

Hilton moved into boy friend’s Doug Reinhardt’s home on Monday, and the news has only been negative since.

On Monday night, neighbors complained about loud noises due to a “welcome home” party that was thrown at the house. Last night, neighbors once again called to complain about a lack of peace at the home.

According to reports, when the police arrived, Hilton and Reinhardt refused to open the front gate which forced cops to leap the fence. Shortly after the cops arrived, the argument ended and the neighbors were finally allowed to get some shut eye.

No word yet if anyone’s car got keyed.

Hilton apparently threw a late night party Monday night in Hollywood Hills to celebrate a “welcome back” party to her home. The party went deep into Tuesday morning and some of the fellow neighbors had enough.

Reports indicate that neighbors contact the police complaining about the noise well before it broke up. 

But the Neighborhood Watch turned Vigilante by doing us all a public service and keying and egging several extremely expensive vehicles on the block.

Among the targets? How about two Bentleys, two Maseratis, and a $1.4 million Bugatti Veyron. Ouch!

Law enforcement is investigating the possibility that some of the guests did the crime. Paris Hilton was also interviewed yesterday, though they don’t think she’s the culprit.

Um…did anybody think about interviewing the neighbors?

And not to say that House of Wax wasn’t a keystone American film, we’re just saying save some of those savory roles for good actresses like Elizabeth Berkley or one of the Olsen twins. Also Paris is a city in France and everyone knows what the French are a bunch of A-holes. So Paris Hilton, it’s official, white people reject your gorilla hands and bad singing so do yourself a favor and be extremely rich and famous somewhere else.
