Rumors are rampant about the “Carmen Electra Sex Tape,” but does the video really exist?

The footage, which took hours for the TPH’s staff to research, depicts Carmen Electra sipping champagne with a significant other (of the same sex by the way) as they simulate sexually suggestive movements. Electra is only decked out in stockings, high heels, a red bra, and one fancy diamond studded choker.

But does the video really follow in the footsteps of leaked sex tapes such as Kim Kardashian, Pamela Anderson, and Paris Hilton?

The video, after all, does not show Electra actually engaging in sex and many think the whole ordeal is a publicity stunt – a very highly viewed publicity stunt at that.
