Anyone in Search of a New Home?
Mel Gibson has reportedly dropped the asking price on his Tudor-style mansion in Greenwich, Connecticut by just under $10 million less.
Anyone interested?
The soon to be divorced star first put the home on the market in the summer of 2007 for $39.5 million, but Gibson has since learned that it’s a bad time to sell.
Gibson slashed the price down to $35 million last September and now the market is at $29.75 million.
Again I ask, any takers?
Come on folks it’s only $29.75 million dollars.
It appears Gibson needs a lot of help these days so I figured I could step in and land him a hand. I’m willing to serve as his real estate agent for only 1% profit from the sale (evil laugh to myself).
Who could pass up that offer?
Let me show you how why I would make the perfect pitch:
“Old Mill Farm was designed by architect Charles Lewis Bowman and built in 1926 for his horse loving client, G.L. Ohrstrom. You see folks, when you buy this house your not only getting an amazing mansion, but you’re also supporting horses and their abuse.
The property covers almost 16,000 square feet which means you’ll have plenty of time to play croquet and do things other rich people do.
The inside includes 15 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms which means you’ll never have to wait for your wife to leave the bathroom again.
Did I mention it also includes a tennis court, private pond, landscaped circular driveway, and a soaring cathedral ceiling?
The grounds include formal gardens and a maze! Don’t forget about that terrace pool, greenhouse, stable, staff horses, and log cabin either.
The property is valued at $1 billion which means you’re getting a steal. Not only that but this property is known to give you the crazies and the ability to make movies just like Mel Gibson.”
How’s my pitch?
