Ron White really stepped over the line this time.

That is if you ask the district attorney in North Dakota who is planning on going after Ron White due to the latest cigar incident.

White wasn’t allowed to smoke in a public place thanks to a city ordinance, however that did little to stop the Blue Collar comedian from doing just that.

Now the stogie could cost him big bucks. $100 to be exact.

While the amount was currently set at $500, we’re now told that the fine will be reduced to $100 since it was White’s first infraction in the great state of North Dakota.

Think he’ll have trouble coughing (lighting?) up that much doe?

White refused to comment about the incident.
