Real Life Bruno?

So the Austrian media is a little cuckoo over the new movie “Bruno” and it’s comparisons to real life Austrain TV host Alfons Haider.

It’s hard not to be gay with a name like Alfons, so he’s done the family proud. Haider is apparently proud to be gay, is into fashion (is that surprising, really???), and just like Bruno, has been known to compare himself to Zac Efron.

Dear God.

Alfons is the highest paid presenter on Austrian state broadcaster “ORF.” In the movie “Bruno,” Bruno works for a channel called “OJRF.”

What is Alfrons response to all this coincidence?

Haider told The Telegraph newspaper, “I never understood the comparison to myself at all. The only comparisons I can think of is that I’m Austrian, I’m gay, and I work for television, but the rest is completely fiction.”

Is anybody really buying that statement?
